Full Stack Developer

ROLE PROFILE

We're looking for a full stack developer to join our Engineering team.  This role reports into the Head of Development. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

The key responsibilities of the Senior Software Developer are as follows:


  • To play a key role and work with the team leads and creative technologist to drive the frontend development capabilities and push the boundaries of our work whilst also working within the backend core parts of our application to ensure security practises and scalable solutions are created efficiently.
  • You will also have the opportunity to continuously contribute and enhance our boilerplate projects and ensure our applications include a high quality from the get go.
  • Demo your project work to the end client and ensure that deliverables are met through the project.
  • Liaise with producers and third parties on the projects you are working on to ensure they are fully aware of progress and you can communicate updates, risks or blockers effectively to ensure  a smooth delivery.
  • Perform code reviews as part of our SDLC.
  • Keep up with development trends and help to contribute to the success for the business by expanding our tech stacks.
  • Mentoring junior developers and helping them adopt exceptional development principles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Frontend frameworks preferable REACT.
  • Any React based mobile application development experience.
  • Backend experience in Node, PHP, Python.
  • Platform experience of Drupal (ideally including the latest version 9)
  • Any experience in AWS or Google Cloud Platform a bonus.
  • Terraform or experience with IaC (Infrastructure as Code) another bonus.
