The challenge

There was a significant growth opportunity in gifting purchases for John Hardy, however their price point per piece is much higher than the market average. Partnering with AIDAx, our challenge was to encourage a higher spend using emerging tech.

The approach

Sentimental gifts have a higher perceived value, so we created an experience that not only transformed John Hardy jewelry pieces to have sentimental significance, but also so gift givers could feel more confident in purchasing at a higher price point.

A Mother’s Day POC of The Moment Maker, where gift givers can map out their mother's traits and receive AI-generated product descriptions and a summary to help them pick out the perfect gift and card.
