Rapid discovery
We start with a two week sprint. 
Utilising qualitative and quantitative research, and focused workshops to identify and explore the problem(s), we identify the key opportunities before prioritizing them against the ambition of your business and build feasibility. 
Then we move into one of two sprint phases, lasting two to twelve weeks.  

Fast track
An engagement focused on smart planning and quick iterations to create and test working prototypes to gain internal buy in.
Micro pilot
